Victory in Europe (VE) Day 2020
Today is Victory in Europe Day. We thank all of our veterans who overcame fascism and National Socialism. Also, on this day, I give special thanks to my great uncle Emmitt Barron. He served in the United States Navy during Operation TORCH (8–16 November 1942) or kicking the National Socialists fascists and the traitorous Vichy French out of North Africa. It is lost on very few people that Americans of African descent were part of the strongest nation on the Earth to save Africans from butchery.
Navy Petty Officer Barron (great uncle) was part of the Western Task Force and served under General Dwight Eisenhower and George Patton. Barron’s have served in many of this nation’s wars, and have protected our freedoms for generations. I have personally protected our freedoms overseas in multiple operations, in various roles including Operation DESERT STORM, ENDURING FREEDOM and INHERIT RESOLVE. I am now asking for your support to protect our freedoms in Boise as the Republican nominee for State Senate District 3.
